Where Does Covid-19 Put Project X?

It’s hard to believe that two weeks before the UK went in to lockdown, we were hanging out with El Partisano in Zagreb and Lupulina in Valencia without a care in the world! However, once the viral mitigation began, brewers had significant business challenges on top of the ordinary human struggle due to Covid-19. Now that the world is adapting to these new circumstances, the Project X plans have shifted and our entire timeline has revised.

Workshop 3 will still take place and will still cover Contracting and Finances, however we are scheduling it for later this winter. By that point, we all will have reviewed the topics covered in previous workshops and also previewed the Workshop 3 topics, to make an efficient experience. Our resilient Project X brewers will have plenty of time after Workshop 3 to feedback at length on the overall Project which will help bring it to a useful conclusion.

Life is still happening under the often-heavy cloud of the pandemic and it is heartening to see so much support for each other in significant or small ways. We are so proud of our craft community and look forward to continue strengthening those relationships.
